World Oil Production
Estimated petroleum and other liquid fuels produced since the start of today and the current year.
What this counter means
Oil production is not measured globally second by second. This counter evenly distributes the U.S. Energy Information Administration forecast for petroleum and other liquid fuels across the current day and year. It is a model, not a reading from wells, and actual production varies by hour, country and product. “Oil” in this service includes crude oil, condensates, natural-gas liquids and other liquid fuels as defined by the EIA.
